Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase date. Returns beyond this period cannot be accepted for full refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened chemical products
  • Used cleaning tools/accessories
  • Damaged packaging (unless our error)

Refunds

We process refunds within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items. Refunds will be issued to original payment method.

Quality Issues

  • Full refund with return shipping covered
  • Free replacement (same or equivalent product)
  • High-value items: Return required before replacement
  • Low-value items: No return needed for replacement

Non-Quality Returns

  • Buyer pays return shipping + $4-6 original shipping fee deduction
  • Unused items only
  • Used items not eligible
