Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase date. Returns beyond this period cannot be accepted for full refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-returnable items:
- Opened chemical products
- Used cleaning tools/accessories
- Damaged packaging (unless our error)
Refunds
We process refunds within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items. Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
Quality Issues
- Full refund with return shipping covered
- Free replacement (same or equivalent product)
- High-value items: Return required before replacement
- Low-value items: No return needed for replacement
Non-Quality Returns
- Buyer pays return shipping + $4-6 original shipping fee deduction
- Unused items only
- Used items not eligible
Exchanges
Processed within 1 business day of request approval:
- Quality issues: Free shipping both ways
- Non-quality exchanges: Customer pays return shipping ($4-6 outbound shipping covered by us)
